In simple terms, to be socially responsible is to act always and voluntarily with concern for the community and the environment in which you act.

A socially responsible Organization must contribute to the needs of its citizens. customers, while managing the expectations of suppliers, workers and the community you're part of.

The evaluation questionnaires should therefore be composed of qualitative and quantitative questions, with a particular focus on supporting the evaluation of an organization's social responsibility practices in the areas:

  • Government of Organizations;

  • Human Rights;

  • Labor Practices;

  • Environment;

  • Operational Practices;

  • Consumers;

  • Community involvement/social development.
